In order to qualify for DACA status, applicants must: - Be under the age of 31 - Have entered the United States prior to his/her 16th birthday - Have resided in the United States since 2007 and currently reside in the United States - Currently be in school, have graduated, received a GED or have been honorably discharged from the Armed Services - Never have been convicted for a felony, significant misdemeanors, or pose a threat to others or national security |
